20 months today!!!!

I can't believe we have hit the 20-month mark. Where did my little babies go??? I have these "little ladies" running around now. It is getting to be more and more challenging to get them all together, look the same way & take a picture!!!! So Rayne got one of herself.

THe girls worked together to knock over the play-refrigerator to get the boxes of snacks down. Isn't it nice to know they can work & play together so well! (ahahhah!). They then proceeded to scatter them ALL over the place! Yes, those are chocalate crackers on a beige carpet. Not even Stanley Steemer can help this carpet anymore.
Oh, thank God Lucy you are here. You are so great at cleaning up our messes. What did we do without you!!! Hey, maybe the "mama" won't notice!!!!! (yeah, right!) Skye has almost mastered blowing her nose. We have been living in the land of "Snotville" since last weekend. All of the girls & me have been battling it. They now run if they see me with a tissue, but they love to run up to me and do it themselves. I will only say, it is still a work in progress.

Here is a picture of the girls exactly a year ago! They were so cute! And you could actually put them down, go to the bathroom, and they would still be within 2 feet of where you left them! Ahhhh, those sweet moments!

And this was Beau and I, 2 years ago, in Scottsdale, AZ. We had gone to meet Dr. Elliot, the "quad god", and decided that we would go there to have the girls. That's right, we had "destination delivery".
When we found out we were pregnant with quads, we were STRONGLY encouraged to reduce. After meeting one doctor locally (we still refer to him as Dr. Gloom & Doom) and talking online & on the phone with so many quad-moms around the country, we learned of Dr. Elliot and his team. The next we had a phone conference with him, the next in person and by week 19, Beau & I were living in a one-bedroom furnished apt. in Phoenix, AZ. It was the best decision ever. We were the 82nd set of quads born to PPA & Dr. Elliot.
I was just 12 weeks pregnant here! We were so young, innocent, and well rested.

We are three days behind you to the 20 month mark. I can't believe they grow so quickly! Great pictures of the girls. It's exactly like my house plus an extra one. Not sure what I would do but you make it look so easy! The dog is a big help though isn't she??

Four more months to two! We can make it!!

We too are three days behind you on the 20 month mark. They do grow up so fast. You look great today even if you aren't as well rested. I love the pics of the girls. It amazes me how, at such a young age, they are able to work together to accomplish whatever it is they have put thier little minds too.
Oh, and as for my ice cream, my 16 year old not only managed to discover the mess they had made but she saved the ice cream and put away all the other groceries while I cleaned up paint.

The girls look like they are really enjoying the ball pit- it looks awesome! Probably a mega job to pick them all up at the end of the day though!

My two are just 1 week older than your girls so I look forward to coming back to read your blog often!

I tell you, I think the time goes so much faster with multiples! I feel like I blinked and they were 8 months old. It's crazy!

I certainly can't relate to having multiples (even though my 3 are so close in age) but I can relate to the wonderfullness of having a living vacuume cleaner in the dog!! I am enjoying your blog and so glad you went to AZ to have your quads! I couldn't even imagine someone asking me to reduce the amount of babies!

You were only 12 weeks in that picture! Wow girl!!!
Jim and I just plan on waiting another 5 years and the carpet and furniture will just have to go!

We are in the mid cities not far from the airport, I think Lewisville would be about midway for us both about 30 min each I think. They have a play area I think. Or do you have any other ideas?
